FAQs

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check or money order.

Do I have to sign a yearly maintenance contract?

You do not have to schedule a yearly maintenance contract for landscape maintenance and cleanup. Lawn maintenance and mowing contracts are scheduled on a yearly basis.

Can you do lawn and landscape cleanup and staging for special events?

Yes we can! Please call us at 419-708-0835 to schedule. To ensure that we have your lawn and landscape looking great for your event, please call us as soon as you can after scheduling your event so that we can put you on the calendar.

Do you prune large trees?

We prune medium-sized landscape trees. If you have large trees that require pruning with a bucket truck, please call us, as we can help you find a reputable arborist to prune your large trees.

What is your mowing schedule?

We do not start with a set schedule. Mowing is determined on grass growth in our clients’ yards, which varies greatly depending on the weather. Scheduling is done on an individual basis.

Can you install seasonal flower displays?

Absolutely! Kyle (owner of Proscape Landcare) has access to some of the best annual growers in the region. We can add splashes of color with annuals and seasonal interest with bulbs as well.

Are you a landscape architect?

Kyle is not a certified landscape architect, but rather is a landscape horticulturist. He can work with you on the design of your landscape and garden. Should you require a certified landscape architect for your project, he can connect you with the best in the region.

Can you plant deer-resistant plants in my landscape design?

Definitely!

Do you build water gardens and fountains?

We build smaller water gardens and fountains and call upon area specialists to consult during the design and building process.

Do you do pest control?

Yes! A great benefit in doing business with us is Kyle’s background in horticulture. It allows him to diagnose a landscape relatively easily. He has been trained as to what plants go where at what type of conditions individual plants can take. He has also been trained to diagnose disease and insect infestations and is certified to treat these issues.

Even though you’re not a landscape architect, do you still design landscapes?

We do! Kyle’s training and background is in Horticulture. He has experience designing and installing landscapes with a variety of plant material. He is trained to know which plants will thrive in which locations and how to create a landscape that you will be able to care for and enjoy for years.
